Strong results for McCashney in Tasmania!

The young Trentham race driver performed well with a third place at Symons Plains on the weekend. This was round 6 of the Aussie Racing Car Super Series.
 
Race 2 saw a huge battle with V8 supercar driver Paul Morris that continued right to the chequered flag. Morris eventually finishing 2nd and Ben 3rd but by the smallest margin.

David Lawrence provided the battle in race 3 but Ben prevailed to secure second place and secure 2nd on the grid for the final.

The final provided sensational racing with Adam Gowans using his home track advantage to win the race and meeting. A huge battle for the minor placings raged for the whole race with Kemal, Lawrence, Clews and Ben all involved. Ben’s car set-up was not ideal and used the rear tyres more than expected he finished 5th but collected enough points to secure 3rd place for the meeting.
